Living near the airport
A good share of our College Park clients work airline or airport jobs, and their moves often need to work around a shift schedule rather than a normal daytime window. We build the estimate around whatever hours actually work.
Homes closer to the airport also deal with more road noise from arrivals and departures, which some buyers do not expect until they are already living there. It does not change how we do the job, but it is worth knowing.

College Park has a mix of historic homes near the old Main Street and newer townhomes built more recently. Each has different access, and we ask about driveways and parking during the estimate rather than guessing.
Getting there and back
The roads around the airport can be unpredictable depending on the time of day and whether a delay is backing up traffic on the connector roads. We build extra time into the schedule for jobs out this way.
Short hops and longer trips
Some College Park moves are a short hop within the neighborhood; others are a family relocating in from out of state and landing at the airport the same week their things arrive. We work with either.
Storage near the airport
A number of storage facilities have opened along the corridor near the airport, and we regularly help clients move items into or out of them, whether it is a short-term stop between homes or a longer arrangement while a lease gap works itself out.
Loading a storage unit is billed the same hourly way as any labor-only job, with the crew sized to how much you are moving in or out.
